We want you and your child to love TokenPals. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
Free trial
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel any time from your account dashboard.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all TokenPals purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@tokenpalsapp.com with your order details and we'll help you through the process.
Refunds are typically issued within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If something goes wrong on our end (e.g. extended downtime, billing error), please reach out — we'll always try to make it right.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund — request one using the steps above if you'd like your money back.
